Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division: Zach, a prominent crypto investigator, shared on X screenshots of IRS agents contacting him privately.
Mails, emails, and texts: Agents seem to be requesting advice on how to investigate cryptocurrency scams. Zach claims that they have reached out via non-public means of communication, including phisical mail and emails.
